Where we work
The round runs through the south west of Birmingham and out towards Halesowen. Postcodes are listed next to each area, because that is how people describe where they are, and because it answers the question in one glance.
- Bartley Green B32 Home patch, so the shortest wait of the lot.
- Woodgate Valley B32 Along the valley road, same patch as Bartley Green.
- Quinton B32 Covered on the way through to Hagley Road.
- Weoley Castle B29 A few minutes up the road, evenings no trouble.
- Selly Oak B29 Students and shared houses welcome, we have seen it all.
- Bournville B30 Quiet streets, so parking is rarely a problem.
- Harborne B17 Home visits here are usually in the evening slot.
- Edgbaston B15 At the far edge of the patch, worth asking first.
- Northfield B31 Regular round, and close to Longbridge.
- Longbridge B31 Covered together with Northfield on the same evening.
- Kings Norton B38 Down through the green, on the way to the Pershore Road.
- Rubery B45 South of the patch, still fine for an evening visit.
- Frankley B45 Right on the edge of the patch. Ask and we will say honestly.
- Halesowen B62, B63 Over the border into Dudley, an evening visit is still possible.
Anything outside this list, ask anyway. If it is too far for an evening round we will say so straight away.
Remote sessions
Anything that lives inside Windows can often be sorted without a visit. You watch the screen and allow each step. The machine stays where it is. Useful for settings, software and account problems in the evening.
Hours across the patch
Evening and weekend slots are the point of this service. The high street shuts at half five, so a home or business machine that fails during the working day waits until the evening anyway. The last visit of the day goes out at 9pm.
Just outside the list? Put your postcode in the form anyway. Sometimes a journey home passes close enough, and it costs nothing to ask.
