What it costs
The starting price for each job is listed below. Nothing is charged beyond that without being agreed with you first, and if the machine cannot be fixed the diagnostic is the end of it.

No fix, no fee. If it cannot be sorted, the diagnostic is all you pay. A 30 day guarantee on the work. Card or cash, whichever suits.
What is included
- The first ten minutes on the phone, with a view of what is likely wrong.
- A clear price before any work starts, so there is no surprise at the door.
- A straight answer on whether repairing is worth it against the cost of a new one.
- The work covered for 30 days afterwards.
- Old parts offered back to you, including drives that have been replaced.

Solid state drives and memory are charged at cost, with the price shown before anything is ordered. Nothing is bought on your behalf without a yes first.

- Slow laptop or PC , Once the machine is in front of us, most evenings the work is done that same night. From £45
- Virus and malware removal , Usually done in one evening, and you keep your files. From £40
- Windows reinstall and repair , Usually ready within a day, because a rebuild takes time. From £50
- Won't switch on , You get a straight answer on the same evening in most cases. £25 diagnostic
- Crashes and blue screens , Most cases are found and fixed in one visit once the fault is reproduced. From £45
- Overheating and loud fans , Same evening in most cases. From £35
- Data recovery , Often the same evening or the next day. Badly damaged drives take longer. From £60
- Email and password lockouts , Most cases are sorted within the visit. From £30
- Wi-Fi and broadband , Same evening in most cases. From £35
